MondeCare refers to a medical coordination and health tourism company acting as an intermediary between the client and accredited medical providers in Egypt and abroad.
Scope of Services
MondeCare provides:
- Medical coordination services
- Health tourism arrangements
- Communication with medical providers
- Treatment-related logistical support
- MondeCare does not provide direct medical treatment.
Medical Responsibility
All medical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans are the sole responsibility of the treating medical provider. MondeCare bears no liability beyond its coordination role.
Data Collection and Use
MondeCare collects the minimum personal and medical data necessary to deliver its services. Data is used solely for:
- Preliminary medical assessment
- Medical service coordination
- Client communication
- Service quality improvement
- All data is collected with client consent.
Data Confidentiality and Protection
All personal and medical data is treated as confidential. Data is shared only with relevant medical or service providers, and with client consent, MondeCare does not sell or lease client data to third parties
Client Rights
Clients have the right to:
- Access their data
- Request correction or deletion after service completion
- Withdraw consent for data use
Data Security
MondeCare applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access or unlawful use.
Limitation of Liability
MondeCare shall not be liable for:
- Medical decisions are not coordinated through the company
- Inaccurate information provided by the client
- Delays or events beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

MondeCare reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
